for a hot latte, follow directions and then transfer latte mix to a stove over med-heat. Cook till desired temperature.
for an iced latte, blend chilled ingredients and serve ice
Ingredients:
2 cups oat milk (or you favorite non-dairy variety)
1/2 cup Dona Chai tea concentrate
2 tbsp Seed + Mill tahini
1 tbsp date syrup (or maple, honey…)
pinch of sea salt
sprinkle of cinnamon
Directions:
In a high speed blender, combine all the ingredients till smooth and frothy. Taste for sweetness and spice. Adjust accordingly. Serve over ice for a chilled delight. Heat on the stove for a warming cup.
